About The Position

The position involves installing, debugging, and providing technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, primarily at customer premises. The role includes scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services, as well as performing minor product repairs within an assigned territory. The technician will inspect products for correct operation, resolve noted issues, and escalate problems according to established procedures. Additionally, the technician will schedule services, complete all required paperwork, and work with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality.
