The position involves interfacing with relevant departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of NOV products and their safe operation, testing, calibration, and timely problem resolution. The role requires travel to customer sites for inspection, installation, commissioning, testing, calibration, repair, and training customers on the proper operation of NOV products. Additionally, field upgrades of software and hardware will be performed, along with training customers on system operation. Communication of field failures and feedback to appropriate departments is essential, as is the timely completion and submission of field service documentation. Other work-related tasks may be assigned, and compliance with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures is mandatory.
