About The Position
Join our Schneider Electric team as a Field Service Technician in the city of Philadelphia, PA, and become a key player in the digital transformation of buildings. You will diagnose, install, troubleshoot, and maintain digital building systems, including HVAC controls, lighting systems, and security solutions. This role involves providing on-site technical support and training to customers and end-users, performing scheduled preventative maintenance, and ensuring proper commissioning and startup of Control Systems. You will also install, replace, and recommission Control Systems devices, while maintaining test records and creating necessary documentation. Additionally, you will provide on-site training, emergency and warranty services, and adhere to safety requirements. Assisting in field startup, material logistics, and demonstrating proficiency in relevant engineering tools are also part of your responsibilities.
