About The Position

The position involves installing, debugging, and providing technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, primarily at customer locations. The role includes scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services, as well as performing minor product repairs within a designated territory. The technician will inspect products to ensure correct operation, resolve any noted issues, and escalate problems according to established procedures. Additionally, the technician is responsible for scheduling services, completing all required paperwork, and working closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality.

Responsibilities
