In this position, you will be responsible for installing, debugging, and providing technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, primarily at customer locations. You will also conduct scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services, as well as perform minor product repairs within your assigned territory. Your role will involve inspecting products for correct operation, resolving noted issues, and escalating them according to established procedures. Additionally, you will schedule services, complete all required paperwork, and work closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Install product and component hardware and software at customer premises.
