About The Position

Field Service Technician Water & Ice Woodhull Key Responsibilities • Install, service, and maintain water filtration, reverse osmosis, and ice-making systems • Perform on-site troubleshooting of water pressure, flow issues, leaks, and system malfunctions • Diagnose and replace RO membranes, filters, pumps, valves, and related components • Conduct basic plumbing tasks including connecting water lines, drains, and fittings • Inspect systems to ensure proper operation, water quality, and compliance with company standards • Perform routine preventative maintenance and system sanitization • Accurately document service calls, repairs, and parts used • Communicate clearly with customers regarding system operation, maintenance needs, and recommendations • Follow safety procedures and maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles Requirements Education and Experience: Requires basic technical knowledge (mechanics, electrical circuitry, electronics and computer literacy) typically gained through completion of two years of technical school. High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years of Field Service Technician in Water & Ice work experience desired. Requirements

  • Requires basic technical knowledge (mechanics, electrical circuitry, electronics and computer literacy) typically gained through completion of two years of technical school.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of Field Service Technician in Water & Ice work experience desired.
