Requirements

Technical & Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical skills with working knowledge of electronics; experience with GPS or machine control technology is a plus.
Effective communication abilities: Clear and concise, written or verbal, whether partnering directly with customers or within our team.
Able to work independently and collaboratively: Work well independently and as part of a team.
Keen attention to detail: Pay close attention to the specifics.
Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Fix Technology with Confidence: Diagnose and repair GPS, machine control, survey and laser equipment accurately and promptly in the field or on the customer’s site.
Use Your Troubleshooting Skills:Identify issues, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions to keep equipment performing at its best.
Deliver Great Customer Experiences:Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout the service process to ensure confidence and satisfaction.
Prioritize Safety Every Day:Follow safety guidelines and procedures to protect yourself, your teammates, and customers.
Keep Learning as Technology Evolves:Participate in company- and manufacturer-sponsored training to stay current on emerging technology and build new skills.
Maintain an Organized Field Truck: Take pride in keeping tools, equipment, and your truck clean, efficient, and ready for the next job.
