As a Field Service Technician at Pitney Bowes, you will play a key role in the Client's life cycle and experience. We are seeking mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working in a client-facing environment. In this role, you will provide service to a variety of clients and support field service for all our shipping and mailing technology, from Inserters to Lockers. A successful Field Service Technician is client-centric, has strong customer service, is comfortable managing significant windshield time, and has experience repairing or troubleshooting both hardware and software solutions. Your primary service area will be within 2 hours of Statesville, NC (secondary location Winston Salem, NC); some travel beyond this radius may be required. In this role, you will have a consistent Monday – Friday and 8:00 am - 5:00 pm schedule working in alignment with traditional office hours (some overtime may be required). The wage range for this position is $18 to $22 / hour, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job. This position is eligible to earn an incremental incentive of 10% on any sale of service or parts you present to Pitney Bowes clients.
