About The Position
As a Field Service Technician at GLORY, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their service needs. Your role will involve independently troubleshooting and repairing a variety of high-speed cash-handling equipment, including coin sorters, teller cash dispensers, currency counters/wrappers, and point of sale (POS) equipment. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer service, which includes diagnosing system problems, making repairs, and keeping customers informed about the progress of maintenance or repairs. Additionally, you will be tasked with completing machine installations, handling Engineering Change Notices that affect system upgrades, and performing hardware/software upgrades that may require technical assistance. Adhering to safety guidelines and completing required Environmental Health & Safety training will also be part of your responsibilities. This position requires a proactive approach to customer service and a commitment to maintaining the high standards of GLORY's service offerings.
