The Service Technician Site Leader will provide local IT Leadership and support services for the Allegion Corporate office in Carmel, IN. They will provide strategic guidance and hands-on technical support to ensure a seamless technology experience for all employees, including the Executive Leadership Team. This role combines leadership and technical expertise—supervising and mentoring the local Field Service team while acting as the technical escalation point for complex issues. The Site Leader will drive incident and request resolution to exceed SLA targets, champion the evolution of the client computing environment, and lead critical IT infrastructure projects that align with business objectives. Regular day hours Monday through Friday are required, with occasional off-hours support.
