The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing maintenance, installation, start-up, and troubleshooting of Kadant Solutions products. The successful candidate must be capable of prioritizing and handling multiple tasks simultaneously as well as developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and maintaining accurate, complete, and up-to-date customer information. Results will be measured by service revenue generated and growth of consumable products at targeted accounts. Position requires the candidate to reside in the territory of Northern Texas (Texarkana or Dallas area).
