About The Position
The Field Service Technician is primarily responsible for providing and coordinating equipment start-ups, demonstrations, and promotional services for customers in the solid waste and recycling industry. This role involves troubleshooting equipment, conducting training, and performing field service work to assist customers with various technical issues. The technician will also report on warranty and quality of products manufactured by Environmental Solutions Group (ESG) and will require in-depth product knowledge of Marathon and other ESG offerings.
