  • Enter the Reiser 'FIRST' program that provides extensive training on our flagship product line(s).
  • Install new packaging and processing machinery and perform routine maintenance and on-site repairs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues by applying expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems.
  • Spend approximately 60%-70% of your time traveling overnight during the week (Mon-Fri) on the East Coast supporting customers.
  • Train customers in preventive maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly and effectively.
  • Participate as necessary in new projects to install or improve the safety and performance of existing and new equipment.
  • Three plus years of experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery.
  • Practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics.
  • Food processing or packaging machinery experience is a plus.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable with 60-70% travel during the week.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are an added bonus.
