Futura Mobility is seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team in Belmar, NJ. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to our clients in the healthcare industry, where we provide a variety of mobile and fixed hardware solutions tailored to meet their unique needs. Our product offerings include mobile workstations, wall arms, barcode scanners, RFID solutions, tablets, PCs, iPads, monitors, printers, rugged devices, and communication devices. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of this mobility equipment, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. In this position, you will travel to various client locations, providing hands-on support and expertise. Your responsibilities will include performing installations, conducting on-site assessments to diagnose issues, and recommending appropriate solutions. You will also maintain accurate records of service activities, including the work performed and parts used. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, with a technical degree or certification preferred. Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is highly desirable, as is the ability to troubleshoot and repair technical service equipment. You must be able to lift up to 55 pounds and stand for extended periods, as well as possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
