About The Position

The position involves performing field installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of ESP (Electrical Submersible Pump) systems. The role requires ensuring job quality through adherence to procedures and safety standards, accurately completing field service documentation and job reports, and effectively communicating with field leadership and customers. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining all company-issued equipment and tools and following all NOV HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and operational policies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience with ESP systems preferred.
  • Technical/vocational training in mechanical or electrical systems is a plus.
  • Strong reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift equipment and work in outdoor oilfield environments.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite and electronic job reporting tools.
