About The Position

The Field Service Lead is responsible for overseeing the activities of Field Service Technicians while also performing hands-on field maintenance at customer job sites. This role ensures the proper installation, servicing, and support of equipment, with a strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain responsibility for the company vehicle and assigned job tasks.
  • Responsible for training Field Service Technicians as required.
  • Install and inspect equipment at customer sites in accordance with specifications and technical drawings.
  • Oversee and participate in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair activities.
  • Perform on-site service of equipment, including testing, troubleshooting, and adjustments as needed.
  • Utilize gauges, meters, and electrical testing tools to verify system specifications and performance.
  • Provide technical support to customers, resolving issues and answering questions efficiently.
  • Communicate product issues to internal teams to assist with timely problem resolution.
  • Complete and maintain all necessary documentation and records for both customers and internal use.
  • Lead Field Service Technicians, emphasizing labor efficiency and quality of work.
  • Enforce and adhere to all safety protocols, work rules, and company regulations.
