As a Field Service Technician III, you will perform a variety of maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations. Your responsibilities include installing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and modifying products, as well as updating and tracking the status of all field-related equipment. You will also build and maintain effective relationships with customers and provide them with onsite training. The role is within the ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area, which is a leader in ISR and aviation, and a prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator. IAS provides end-to-end Command, Control, Computers, Communications and Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C4ISR) capabilities, including design, integration, test, certification, ground/flight training, and complete logistics support.
