Requirements

High School diploma or GED
A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance
Basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking

Responsibilities

Install, upgrade, and perform procedures on gaming equipment.
Perform preventative and general maintenance on AGS casino products.
Complete paperwork and reports.
Provide "best-in-the-business" service to our customers…internal and external.
Fix service incidents quickly and efficiently and escalate issues when needed.
Keep track of the necessary parts and inventory.
Be part of a weekly on-call rotation with your fellow technicians.
Follow all safety protocols and keep it cool even when troubleshooting in high-energy environments.
