About The Position

As a Field Service Technician II, you will be a key member of our Field Service team, responsible for the proper setup and maintenance of beverage equipment at various client locations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our clients' beverage dispensing systems while providing exceptional service. As a Field Technician II, your work will focus on fountain installation, including placing equipment, running lines, completing repairs, and ensuring proper function for all installed equipment. Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or GED) High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
  • Lift up 50lbs repetitively and occasionally up to 80lbs
  • Ability to operate and/or use a variety of hand and power tools
  • Previous experience in beverage equipment repair, maintenance, or a related field is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of electrical systems
  • Ability to run plumbing and electrical lines to the equipment
  • Mechanical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and follow established procedures
  • Willing to follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe work environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and courteous service while on-site, addressing client questions and concerns
  • Travel to and from customer locations in assigned area
  • Install, assemble, and configure beverage fountains and related equipment according to manufacturer specifications and client requirements
  • Conduct routine maintenance on fountain equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
  • Ensure that all plumbing, electrical, and mechanical connections are properly installed and functioning correctly
  • Perform system testing and quality checks to verify that the fountain is dispensing beverages accurately and efficiently
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with fountain equipment and components
  • Perform necessary repairs, part replacements, and adjustments to resolve equipment malfunctions promptly
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
