About The Position

The Field Service Technician II - Generator Service is responsible for conducting all assigned work in a safe manner, adhering to safety, environmental, and contamination control policies. The technician will attend required training classes, maintain necessary tools, diagnose and perform repairs on equipment, and ensure documentation of repairs. The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and fiscal accountability, with a focus on safety and quality standards. The technician will also mentor others and contribute to team efforts while adapting to changing business needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Successfully completed all required training curriculum to be designated Service Field Tech II.

Nice To Haves

• Proficient in the use of a computer, Microsoft Office products, and relevant Dealer software programs.
