This role involves providing best-in-class service to some of the largest retailers and banks in the industry. As a Field Service Technician, you will be the first line of response to customer issues, organizing and triaging problems, and providing solutions. The position includes formal training provided by NCR Atleos, fostering a learning community where employees can grow and develop their skills. The role is crucial in keeping commerce running globally and represents the NCR Atleos brand.

Requirements

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation, including prolonged travel, rotating and weekend shifts, and lifting tools and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.
• A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification.
• One or more years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance repair and system overhauls.
• Manage network faults, traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access.
