Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
  • Basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking.

Responsibilities

  • Install, upgrade, and perform procedures on gaming equipment.
  • Perform preventative and general maintenance on AGS casino products.
  • Complete paperwork and reports in a timely, detailed, and accurate manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Quickly and efficiently fix service incidents and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Keep track of necessary parts and inventory.
  • Participate in a weekly on-call rotation with fellow technicians.
  • Follow all safety protocols while troubleshooting in high-energy environments.
