WHAT YOU’LL DO Perform testing, certification, calibration, and basic repair services on laboratory and controlled-environment equipment Support cleanrooms, biological safety cabinets, fume hoods, and related systems Work directly with on-site teams to understand and execute service needs Maintain service documentation and records Follow established safety, quality, and compliance standards Take on additional services as your skills grow WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR: Recent graduates of accredited trade, technical, or vocational programs, or Individuals with entry-level mechanical, electrical, or HVAC skills who are excited to learn and grow in a regulated environment This is a specialized field, and we know that. That’s why we’ve built a proven, structured training program to help technicians get fully trained and confident in the work.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 2-year or 4-year degree preferred, but not required
  • Some combination of customer service, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, laboratory, or biomedical experience
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving ability with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently with good time management and prioritization
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic math skills, including geometry and algebra
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Experience with Microsoft Office or similar tools

Responsibilities

  • Perform testing, certification, calibration, and basic repair services on laboratory and controlled-environment equipment
