After completion of training, your schedule will consist of 4 shifts per week at 10-hour days based on workload demand. Career coaching and development opportunities Reporting to the Field Service Manager, the Field Service Technician is responsible for delivery of high-quality customer service, performing preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration/verification of Hach devices located at our customer sites. The customer base for this role is anticipated to be a combination of municipal (i.e., drinking and wastewater treatment facilities) and industrial (i.e., power plants and food and beverage plants).
