Job Title: Field Service Technician I – San Antonio TX As a Field Service Technician, you will; Represent the NCR Atleos brand by being the first line of response on-site at our customers’ locations. Problem-solve at a basic module level (FRU), organize and plan your time effectively, and know when and to whom to escalate issues to. Apply the knowledge that you learn during your on-the-job training to resolve task related problems in straightforward situations emphasizing on manual skills. Most importantly, you will be responsible for providing consistent and clear communication using our service app to maintain customer satisfaction.
