Aventiv Technologies is seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Associate Technician. This position is responsible for the maintenance and repair of telecommunication equipment, associated computers, networking, and electronic equipment. The technician will install or assist in installing all Securus' products, features, and equipment. Additionally, the role involves providing support to tablet customers by ensuring tablets are fully utilized, maintaining proper inventories, and returning extra or damaged inventory. The technician will travel from location to location to resolve issues and may serve as an onsite technician for specific customers, providing both technical and administrative duties or functioning as a hybrid technician who is both onsite and roving.
