As a Field Service Technician, you will represent the NCR Atleos brand by being the first line of response on-site at our customers' locations. You will learn to perform basic troubleshooting to service and maintain ATMs, embarking on a rewarding career path where every day is an opportunity to grow, make an impact and connect with our customers.

Requirements

  • Must reside in the specified geographic area.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets company requirements.
  • Access to reliable transportation for work purposes.
  • Familiarity and ability to use and operate an Android cell phone (company provided).
  • Ability to perform essential functions of the job which include prolonged travel during several hours of the workday, which includes inclement weather.
  • Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
  • Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with your hands, and repetitively grasping and manipulating objects of varying size.

Nice To Haves

  • An associate degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience with NCR or similar equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Follow Safety and Security Procedures when working on ATMs.
  • Complete NCR Atleos specific Trainings and Certifications on our training website.
  • Diagnose problems based on the error logs from the ATM and information provided from our service app using a company provided cell phone.
  • Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Responsible for accurate and prompt reporting of updates and details of the work performed at the ATM, including call closure details.
  • Maintain parts inventory and related records.
  • Accurately reporting hours worked and miles driven daily.
