As a Field Service Technician I, you will represent the NCR Atleos brand by being the first line of response on-site at our customers' locations. You will learn to perform basic troubleshooting to service and maintain ATMs, with comprehensive training provided. Requirements

• Must reside in the specified geographic area.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets company requirements.
• Access to reliable transportation for work purposes.
• Familiarity and ability to use and operate an Android cell phone.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job including prolonged travel, carrying and lifting tools, and working in various physical positions.

Nice To Haves

• An associate degree is preferred.
• Previous experience with NCR or similar equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow Safety and Security Procedures when working on ATMs.
• Complete NCR Atleos specific Trainings and Certifications.
• Diagnose problems based on error logs and service app information.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, both indoors and outdoors.
• Report updates and details of work performed at the ATM.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Accurately report hours worked and miles driven daily.
