As a Field Service Technician, you'll be the trusted technical expert (install, maintain & repair) keeping our rental equipment performing at its best-whether in the shop or at customer sites. Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical experience in equipment service, field maintenance, or related work.
  • Strong troubleshooting, repair skills, and mechanical/electrical aptitude.
  • Proven safety-first mindset in shop and field environments.
  • Clear communication skills with customers and teammates.
  • Clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • EPA Universal Certification and 3-5 years of HVAC/R experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain and repair rental equipment in the shop and on-site.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
  • Provide hands-on customer support, including equipment training.
  • Document work accurately using modern service systems.
  • Travel to customer sites, participate in on-call rotations, and support seasonal overtime needs.
  • Prioritize safety-on the road, in the shop, and at customer locations.
