Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of hands-on technical experience (refrigeration, appliance repair, HVAC, military service, etc.).
Valid driver's license with a clean record.
Availability for on-call rotations (nights/weekends).
Lift up to 70 lbs., work at heights, and adapt to various environments.

Nice To Haves

Certifications (EPA, CFESA) or technical licenses.
Experience with commercial kitchen or refrigeration equipment.
Independent, self-motivated work ethic.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial cooking, refrigeration, and specialty equipment.
Work closely with manufacturers to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Replace parts, recommend system improvements, and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain safety standards, document work, and stay organized.
