Field Service Technician / Heavy Equipment Atlantic Tractor LLC Position Summary Are you ready to join the 4Rivers Equipment dream team? The successful candidate will operate a mobile service vehicle and travel to customer locations to perform in-field, machinery diagnostics and repairs as required, representing the dealership with efficiency and professionalism by providing service solutions and enhanced customer service second to none. Requirements

High School diploma or GED
Vocation or technical degree, or equivalent work experience or training
Strong communication skills and self-motivated spirit

Nice To Haves

CDL not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on all types of heavy equipment.
Engine rebuilds, axle reconditions, hydraulic valves and pump wizardry, and transmission repairs are all in a day's work!
Remove, disassemble, clean, repair, recondition, assemble components or parts.
Keep meticulous records of equipment hours, serial numbers, complaints, causes, and corrections.
Be a mentor and guide for other technicians and apprentice technicians.
Attend company sponsored training to level up your skills, knowledge, and expertise.
Keep our service trucks and all company assets in top-notch shape.
Always put safety first by adhering to all established safety protocols whether you're operating power tools, lifts, welders, or cranes.
