As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for customers in the Mancelona area. This hands-on, mobile role involves:

Requirements

• 2-5 years’ experience repairing heavy-duty vehicles or equipment
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and welding (acetylene and arc)
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex issues on-site
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to travel locally and work independently
• CDL Class A or ability to obtain one
• Must pass background check, drug screen, and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Traveling to customer sites in a company-provided service truck
• Diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment and vehicles
• Performing inspections and preventive maintenance
• Keeping accurate maintenance records
• Working independently and managing your schedule efficiently
