About The Position
The Field Service Technician EPOS role at Ricoh involves providing technical services to customers, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment. The technician will ensure that customers receive satisfactory service in line with agreed service level agreements. The position requires maximizing revenue by identifying potential business and professional service opportunities while carrying out day-to-day duties. Management and control of vehicle/site stock is essential to improve first-time fix levels for customers, and the technician will also manage used stock returns to ensure maximum throughput into the repair cycle. The role emphasizes customer centricity, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective repair of customer equipment and maintaining the highest levels of first-time fix.
