As a field service technician, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and upgrades of new and existing industrial automation and packaging equipment. You will act as a trusted advisor to support customers in the implementation of their manufacturing and corporate objectives. Your focus will be to provide customers with a complete understanding of how we can elevate the performance and productivity of their equipment through fully integrated solutions such as audits, maintenance plans, safety plans, part management, upgrade, optimization, retrofits, training recommendations, and much more.
