About The Position
As a Field Service Technician for coffee equipment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that local businesses, including health care facilities and hotels, have properly functioning coffee machines. Your technical skills and customer service expertise will be essential in providing timely service and support to clients in the Portland, OR area and surrounding regions. You will receive training to become an expert in the field and will be responsible for performing scheduled maintenance, installations, and emergency service requests on various coffee equipment brands such as Folgers and Café Bustelo. Additionally, you will manage equipment inventories and maintain a company vehicle equipped with the necessary tools and technology to succeed in your role.
