As a Field Service Technician at Glory Global Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing all aspects of service and care for our clients. This position requires you to independently troubleshoot and repair a variety of high-speed cash-handling equipment, including coin sorters, teller cash dispensers, currency counters/wrappers, and point of sale (POS) equipment. You will be responsible for tracking and managing parts and tools, as well as staying updated on changes in the technical and functional elements of Glory equipment. Your role is vital as you will be the face of Glory, directly interacting with customers and ensuring their needs are met effectively. In this position, you will ensure overall customer satisfaction by diagnosing system problems and making necessary repairs. You will keep customers informed about the progress of maintenance or any issues with their systems. Additionally, you will be involved in completing machine installations, handling Engineering Change Notices that affect system upgrades, and performing hardware/software upgrades that may require technical assistance. The responsibilities of this role may also include adhering to safety guidelines and policies, completing required Environmental Health & Safety training, and timely reporting of any job site accidents, whether they involve injury or property damage. This role offers a competitive pay range of $20 - $27 per hour, with actual pay adjusted based on job-related factors such as experience, training, education, geographic location, licensure, certifications, market factors, departmental budgets, and responsibilities.
