About The Position

We're on the lookout for a skilled Field Service Technician to help keep our gaming systems running smoothly at client locations. If you have a passion for gaming technology, enjoy solving technical challenges, and love interacting with people, this is the role for you! As a Field Service Technician, you'll be part of a team that brings cutting-edge bingo technology to life. From installing and troubleshooting systems to training clients and maintaining records, you'll play a key role in making sure our gaming products deliver exceptional experiences. And yes, there's a lot of travel and exciting challenges along the way! Mainly servicing the Western NY region, with support provided in nearby areas as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; technical certifications in electronics, IT, or networking are a plus.
• Previous experience as a Field Technician (electronic gaming or AV technology preferred).
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment, with knowledge of POS systems and networking.
• Ability to explain tech concepts in a clear, user-friendly way.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel frequently (sometimes on short notice).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in dynamic environments like gaming floors.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure gaming systems like CHAMP-e Tablets, PowerPlay Bel Air Consoles, OMNI Rover POS systems, and Bingo Server infrastructure at various client sites.
• Diagnose and fix hardware/software issues related to bingo servers, POS systems, administrative PCs, and more.
• Help clients understand system usage, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance through on-site training.
• Keep detailed service records, logging repairs, part replacements, and software updates to ensure everything stays on track.
• Work with internal technical teams to escalate issues and contribute to product improvements.
