About The Position
The position involves performing installation and maintenance of Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) in various well sites. The role requires monitoring, troubleshooting, and testing downhole ESP equipment to maximize well productivity and extend the run life of the equipment. The technician will also be responsible for starting up new producing wells, optimizing both downhole and surface equipment, and addressing any non-productive time (NPT) issues. Daily responsibilities include maintaining service trucks, completing timesheets, and providing training to other personnel. The technician must adhere to safety guidelines and company policies while ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
