About The Position

The Field Service Technician role at Glory Global Solutions involves providing exceptional customer service while troubleshooting and repairing high-speed cash-handling equipment. This position is critical as it represents the company to clients, ensuring their equipment operates efficiently and effectively. Technicians will work independently, managing parts and tools, and staying updated on technical changes to the equipment.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or completed professional studies in electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Working knowledge of personal computers, especially Microsoft Office
• Logical troubleshooting skills and capability to isolate problems at PCB or component level
• Ability to effectively work with electric schematics, logic diagrams, and mechanical drawings
• Experience repairing high-speed paper handling machines such as check sorters or currency sorters
• 3-5 years of technical field service repair experience preferred
• Hold a Valid Driver's License

Nice To Haves

• Certificates in related fields, i.e. mechanics, electronics, automation
• Experience with ATM or copier machines
• Military repair experience
