Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance
- Basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking
Responsibilities
- Installing, upgrading, and performing procedures on gaming equipment.
- Performing preventative and general maintenance on AGS casino products.
- Completing paperwork and reports.
- Providing customer service to internal and external customers.
- Fixing service incidents and escalating issues when needed.
- Keeping track of necessary parts and inventory.
- Participating in a weekly on-call rotation.
- Following all safety protocols.
