Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance
- Basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking
Responsibilities
- Installing, upgrading, and performing procedures on gaming equipment
- Performing preventative and general maintenance on AGS casino products
- Completing paperwork and reports
- Providing customer service
- Fixing service incidents and escalating issues when needed
- Keeping track of the necessary parts and inventory
- Being part of a weekly on-call rotation
- Following all safety protocols
