Join our team as a Field Service Technician performing field diagnosis and repair of digital copiers, printers, and multifunction machines for our new and long-term customers. Your territory includes the Denver Metro Area with assistance in surrounding territories as needed. Your training occurs at our home office in Fort Collins, CO. What we offer: We support our Field Service Technicians both inside and outside of the office and strive to provide a healthy work/life balance. Work hours are Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm! $19 - $24 an hour, based on experience! Annual bonus opportunity of up to $1,000.00! No waiting period for great health benefits! Your typical day: Diagnosing and repairing hardware issues in professional office environments Working within a team of supportive professionals Interacting with customers in a positive and professional manner Driving a company-provided vehicle stocked with the tools and parts required to be effective at your job Putting your technology interests and problem-solving skills to use every day

Requirements

  • Some knowledge and interest in computers, electronics, and digital technology
  • Ability to interact professionally with customers and provide solutions
  • Demonstrated desire and ability to learn new information
  • Organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle and current, unrestricted driver’s license
  • Ability to lift 75lbs and push/pull heavy equipment with assistance
