About The Position

Seeking a Material Control Clerk that will be based out of BAE System Modification facility located in Temple, TX. Within this role, you will work as part of the Operations team supporting day to day program activities which include receiving and issuing material, prepare records of inventory and shipment, review and submit supply requests, reconcile activity records, conduct regular inventories. Assist with disposal activities, aid operations team to include load/offload combat vehicles and movement of truckloads of modification kits and tooling. Provide technical, administrative, and logistical assistance to ensure modification teams day to day operations are running smoothly, focusing on areas of process improvement, data analysis and entry, and support for internal teams and management amongst other duties.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One to three years' experience working in an Operations Operational support role
• Forklift experience
• Inventory control experience
• Experience in stock keeping, shipping and receiving
• Technical proficiency with software, network systems and data analysis tools
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interpret data to identify patterns and areas for improvement
• Meticulous attention to detail in documenting processes and managing data
