About The Position
Connect America is seeking a Field Service Support Technician to support customers in the Springfield, MA area. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and the potential for increased earnings based on installations and services completed. The position is open to candidates with in-home experience, such as those from utility companies or home health workers. The general schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm, but flexibility is provided to meet customer needs. The starting pay is $15 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to $60,000 annually through additional installations and mileage reimbursement. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is also available, with $1,000 paid upon hire and another $1,000 after 90 days of employment.
