Essential Duties and Responsibilities – Other duties may be assigned. Perform intermediate to advanced customer support activities involving the installation, modification and repair of equipment and systems with a goal of 100% uptime and continual improvement in reliability Isolate equipment start-up malfunctions and takes corrective action Prepare daily logs and reports on work performed Serve as the liaison between customer and Ichor Group, Inc. on all support and service issues related to the assigned site Coordinate prompt response to technical issues received from the customer Remain current on technical and process knowledge to properly support Ichor Group, Inc. products Provide input to improve system design, performance, and technical documentation Comply with safety procedures as they apply to job responsibilities Work independently with moderate supervision
