About this role The Field Service Supervisor is a team leader of a selected number of Field Engineers (FE). Their primary responsibility is managing and training of their direct employees, and verification of their work. They will be responsible for the mentoring of new hires into new construction field operations, as well as current FE’s. They are responsible for working with the Project Management group in coordinating timely completion of all assigned projects. Ensure the field staff has the proper knowledge to perform that work and is executing their work at or under the project specific budget.
