Location: Nashville, TN Summary: As a Field Service Supervisor, you will supervise and train, Service and/or Install Technicians in performing the day-to-day operations in the field. May assist technicians on difficult jobs and provide technical support. Performs Quality control.

Requirements

Technical Expertise of Security Systems is Required to Include Fire Systems Where Applicable: To provide technical support and training individual must possess expertise on most systems (5-7 Years).
Ability to Communicate Effectively with Technicians, Administrators, Support and Management: Conducting training, meetings and daily interaction with internal and external customers.
Must Have a Valid Driver's License: Daily travel to customer sites.
Certifications - NTS 1 & NICET 2 within 24 Months, NTS Electronic Access & Video Systems within 48 Months: Ability to show expertise required of the industry.

Responsibilities

While in the field, supervises and trains the service and/or install technicians and provides technical assistance.
While on the job performs quality control.
Assists service and/or install technicians on difficult jobs where additional assistance is needed.
Ensures safety guidelines are followed.
Administrative responsibilities to include payroll, performance management, time management, conduct staff and safety meetings, provide assistance to customer service department and technical support as needed.
