About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is looking for Field Service Supervisor to fulfill different assignments for our clients in Little Rock, AR. JOB DESCRIPTION Job Responsibilities for Security Guards - Vehicle Patrols specific to this client site include, but are not limited to: Access Control Responsibility Direct visitors and vehicle traffic Vehicle patrols of the client facility Monitor security cameras Interior/exterior foot patrols of the facility Provide 100% of shift coverage Lead by example by living up to GardaWorld values Inspection and training of all personnel on assigned sites General Security responsibilities for Security Guards - include, but are not limited to: Provide excellent customer service to our clients Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site Respond quickly to critical situations Ability to read and write detailed reports Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards

Requirements

Customer service skills
2 year of security experience required.
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
Computer skills
Phone skills
Ability to pass a motor vehicle records check
Valid driver's license
At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
Arkansas security license of ability to obtain (will help to obtain)
Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
Pass an extensive screening process
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Be able to sign a Non-Disclosure Clause (NDA)
