Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma or Tech School Certification with 6 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers the company's field service vision while identifying, sharing, and implementing best practices to ensure KPI targets are defined, and goals are met.
• Coach, motivate and develop team members while leading productivity improvement of team.
• Act as a liaison with customers and sales teams to respond to issues from a supervisor level.
• Analyze and assess relevant business data for field service metrics and manage financial controls as the Supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
