This position requires a focus on managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and cost levels, assisting in annual budget preparation, and providing technical product assistance to staff. The supervisor will advise staff on changes to company policies and goals, and will be responsible for supervising a unionized workforce of 8-12 staff members, which includes hiring, coaching, training, and performance management. In this role, the Field Service Supervisor will be challenged to motivate themselves and their team to exceed standards and achieve extraordinary results. They will need to recommend process improvements and develop solutions to operational issues, ensuring a steady workflow and productivity while meeting service and productivity standards. Heavy use of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Outlook, will be required in day-to-day activities, and the supervisor will provide guidance and training to their team.
